Quanell X and Dr. Candice Matthews are calling for answers after a customer alleged finding what appeared to be a inside a piece of chicken purchased from the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on South Sam Houston Parkway West near Hillcroft Avenue in Southwest Houston. A police report has been filed regarding the alleged incident.
