Shooting on quail tree lane

Where is this?
I ask because the weirdest thing happened to a coworker yesterday and I haven't heard a thing on the news.
He left our facility ( we are on the bus barn complex) and walked to Popeyes. He left there walking towards Humble HS. Just passed McDonald's, he saw a young man lying in the grass near a dumpster. The young man around 14-16 was deceased. Very crazy especially seeing nice we haven't seen anything about it.
