Off topic slightly, but this morning I decided to make pizza dough. But I like it to ferment in the fridge for at least 2 days, preferably 3 days. So I made the dough, kneaded it and stretched it for a few minutes, and put it in a ziplock bag and placed it in the fridge. Apparently the bag wasn't big enough, because a few hours later I found the bag busted open. It has since been transferred to a larger ziplock bag.
