Good Tuesday morning
Good morning friends and happy Tuesday. It is a warm start to the day and will be another hot afternoon so stay hydrated if you are outside. I have a doctor appointment this morning and then a few errands to run. I am hoping to get to the gym later this afternoon. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

@Itsme : Agreed. I ran errands and did exercise class this morning. I'm now parked on my comfy recliner. The class was packed. It seems that the exercise classes get really full when we have temp extremes.

The AC feels awesome in the summertime. I can't imagine how people without AC manage.
