My grandfather was in the pacific, I was so intrigued with any war stories as a child but he would never expand on his service. RIP to those that were lost

@ginx : Did you ever watch that series on HBO called The Pacific? It only ran one season, but was so good. You can still stream it on HBO. I think you would really enjoy it ... I highly recommend.
