KHOU Reported Atascocita Had 4 in. By 5pm!Areas around us mostly had less, but a few areas had more. You just never know. They said it's almost impossible to predict an exact amount in any given forecast. They are fairly confident in their predictions of the occurrence of precipitation just not necessarily in predicting localized amounts. So maybe we were right that someone probably used a dartboard to select an amount!
