It's just time to let it go and create additional parking. The time to "save" it was 20 years ago.

This discussion comes up about every 10 years or so, then they plan, and never anything gets done. Maybe it crumbles and will be just a pile of concrete they have to clean up one day. It has been placed onto the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. Will have to wait and see how that will work if they decide to demolish.
