@EddyFree: You don't need to cut it up...better whole. Keep it under 12 pounds and do a brine.

Yes, I have stuffed and seasoned turkey, come in and give us your order. You can pick up your ready to cook turkey as late as Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

@Verons Meat Market: Hi Vernon's, I need to come see you with my ADC winnings. I must say no turkey for me. Lol when you raise em you don't eat em in my case. I've been told you have the best stuffed chops so that's a definite for my family.
Do you carry grass fed beef? 100% ground sirloin with no filler?
Do you stuff your own sausage and if so what kind of skin?
Do you have any organic chickens?
Can I buy your scraps for soups and stews?

Fried is the only way to cook a turkey. If you don't care for it then it wasn't done properly. Verons does have one of the best fried turkey's. Already cooked just go home and eat.

I am so happy my daughter is going to be home for Thanksgiving that I don't really care if we're sharing a fried turkey banquet or a can of tuna. That's what Thanksgiving is all about.

@sandman: Dude, the memories you brought back with that almost made me cry. Me and DW would be wetting our drawers at IAH picking up our youngest from his flight home.....airport traffic at Thanksgiving was an afterthought. Didn't matter, didn't care....our West Point cadet was home!And then, after a warm reunion, he was out the door to be with his HS friends. And I was cool with that...still seemed like he was home.So, moral of the story, enjoy every moment.....but be prepared for her agenda. Your mileage may vary of course.
