I would like a paycheck for all the many times I have had to redeliver mail and packages to my Eagle Springs neighbors. One just this week was a whole bundle of mail with a rubber band around it that was left out on top of my street's box that was for a whole other section.

I ordered retirement paperwork from my previous employer on Aug 6.... It was postmarked aug 8.... I received it 5 weeks later on sept 17.....Wow

I ship and receive a lot of golf clubs, and car parts, and USPS is just hard to beat for shipping, it just is, the Priority Mail cost and Delivery times are unbeatable compared to Fedx/UPS.That being said, for the 2 yrs I lived in Atasc Trails (I'm in KW currently), I had to quit using them, terrible, just terrible. I could fill up this page with stories and issues I had trying to use them, it's the Humble PO, Atascocita area to be specific, which is strange, as I always had/have good luck going into the Humble PO, but the delivery people, are just terrible, weird things like packages that had a trace put on them for several weeks getting dropped off on your porch at 1 or 2 in the morning, and a whole lot worse (atleast I FINALLY rec'd those), I lost a lot of shipments.As much as UPS/FedX are far inferior than USPS in most cases, if you live in Atasc, you have to use one of them. Haven't had any issues from the KW PO, or any where else (the rare occasion issue maybe) I've lived.

Maybe I'm lucky but my home delivery here in Pinehurst has been fine. I think in the past 16 years I may have had 2-3 envelopes delivered incorrectly and it's been the same mistake. The house address is the same but it's one block over. (Happens to be a family we know!)I normally don't use the USPS to ship packages but I was in a hurry and thought using the ACE location to get it done without driving over the bridge or into town was saving me some time on Monday.
