As I read their posts/story - I kept thinking about the homeless guy that set up camp in an empty house in AS a few years ago...

I think the welcome wears out pretty quick....

I would like to see them get back on their feet - but that will take some self motivation....

We went to Kingwood for the KidsFest in Town Center, stopped for lunch and then headed over to Atascocita Branch Library to check out books. Our HCPL library didnt have a few books I had been looking for so since in the area we stopped to pick them up. They were there and were wearing matching brown shirts and both had cups from chickfila. She was looking at baby stuff and he at maps. I was headed to the biographies. Both were coherent, none seemed pregnant.

Remember the man that had the camp set up on Atascocita Road with all the crates of stuff? I sincerely hope he is somewhere safe and doing better.

As I walk into Walmart today HE was standing at the door talking to the Employee. I stopped to ask where she was and he said they were trying to move to Fort Worth and she was trying to get a job at HEB here. I said good luck and continued into the bank.

I went to Walmart to pick up some sunscreen and realized that it was extremely hot with high temperatures!

@mm4731

Seems part of my earlier message was truncated.

Got a PM from her. They are trying to get to Fort Worth so they can use the mass transit system up there to get around.

In her (fairly lengthy) message to me she says she is and that is the reason why they are trying so hard to get to Fort Worth so they will be able to take care of the baby.

They have family there to house/take care of them until they get on their feet? (I think that's what I read earlier) Can't said family just come and get them and start the ball rolling instead of just letting them rough it on the streets until they figure out how to get there on their own? It's not that long of a drive.

I don't get this. Some holes in this story...but I hope it's true.

On a mutual friend's FB she commented that she was still a virgin and that she wasn't pregnant. This was like two/three days ago. Another mutual friend asked her straight up why did she say she was pregnant. I didn't want to say anything more about this subject because I want to make friends here and don't want to be shown the door.
