Yeah and I gotta wonder about that...I'm sure there's some conspiracy. Maybe that's why he likes making his neighborhood look bad in public...he secretly sells real estate in ES? *ha*
 
Yep I've helped lead a committee for almost the entire time I've been a resident. But I'm not on the HOA board and have never been interested in attending those meetings. I attend enough meetings and hate them. I'm a casual gal - all in favor say Aye and let's get home to our families.

Why are people being accused by an Atascocita Community Improvement Association board member of phishing?
 
Federal Laws
 
While phishing is covered under various state laws, there is no single federal statute that directly criminalizes this type of activity. However, there are broader federal criminal laws that do apply to phishing and other identity theft crimes. For example, because phishing involves solicitations that are usually sent over the Internet, the federal law against wire fraud is often used to punish phishing crime on a federal level.
 
Being accused of serious crimes with no evidence to support those accusations is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
There is no evidence because it's a false accusation.

FYI, Eagle Springs just reverted to homeowner majority control with 3 HO members and two developer members. Total H/O control will occur sometime next year when 95% of lots are sold.
