I am not willing to take that chance
IMO he put his life on the line when he took the child .... I would have no problem taking it

I hear you Mac, but I'm hoping not to ever have to take another life. I'm tactically prepared, but it's no small thing to carry forward no matter how much someone may have deserved it. That's just my take on it. I know many who feel exactly as you do and would be justified in so doing.
