I would like to get my late husband's name on my wrist, but my parents won't let me.

Why won't your parents let you?

I know, I know, I am old enough to do what I want, but I guess it's out of respect. My parents are in their 80s & don't really like them. So that's why I won't right now.

I'd never get one I hate them all , & if I were in a position to hire or not hire I would not hire a person with a tattoo if I could see it .

Really? Any visible tattoo? Just curious..what's your rationale?

I wonder how many employers feel this way. These days, it's unusual to see people withOUT them! Emoticon

I don't think too many.. I don't think a person's qualities should be judged by their tattoos.

@brightlights:
I have never seen 1 I liked & My opinion is they are awful looking to me . Even 1 tiny flower looks ugly & yes more people have them than don't so most I think like them . I also see studs through eye brows & tongues & huge holes through ears . And loops near the navel which to me are awful . No rationale , to me they are ugly .
