"Natural Born" Eligibility for President

It would take either a Supreme Court ruling or an amendment to the constitution to define "natural born citizen" as it relates to eligibility for presidency.

Some contend that being born to parents who are U.S. citizens regardless of location qualifies. Others contend that is not what the founding fathers intended... or at the very least they were not specific enough around this scenario that anyone can say for certain.

Funny though how aggressive the "birthers" were in their attempts to label Obama as ineligible. There doesn't seem to be the same fervor when it comes to Cruz. And there is zero doubt that he was born on foreign soil.

I also do find it interesting that those who screamed about Obama not being a citizen, do not mind Cruz. Hypocrisy at it's best.

I do have some qualms about the way Obama has been running the country. That information is in all those threads you don't want to read. As it is, I don't feel like going over it again. I don't fault you for NOT wanting to read them, but it's annoying when you ask me if I have any qualms about something when there are 4 page threads where I address them. And wake up from what?? If you ask me, Cruz is eligible to be president of the United States. I'm not debating that fact.
