I really didn't read it that way. She just kept trying to explain herself but after once, it was overkill but I thought fairly earnest. Ms Dominatrix was not ever going to back down or accept the advice nor intent, so I would have dropped the convo with her way early on. The meanness that came from others later was just not needed or deserved.

I suppose it will continue to rub the wrong way for many people. As long as you (general you) keep seeing me as the little 21 year old who has no business telling anyone over the age of 30 anything, anything I say that is even slightly contradictory to your views and opinions will be offensive, disrespectful, etc.But if you decide to see me as an adult, who can read as well as any of you, and reason with the best of you, carry on an intelligent conversation as long as you, and who has as much stake as the goings on of this country and community as you do, then it may give a different perspective. There is no possible way that I can have an engaging, meaningful political forum relationship with any of you with the mindset that I must take most of what is said here as truth, simply because of age. I like all of you immensely (yes, ALL of you. Yes, even you @macdaddy! LOL) and I'm glad to get to know you, even if it's over the internet. I've been here for almost two years now (Lawd, have mercy, Jesus) and you guys know me. You know my personality, you know my opinions, you know how I think, and if you pay attention, you can probably predict what I'm going to say in many situations. So, I'll just say right now, for past, present and future offenses, I apologize for any offense. It's rare that I intend to be offending (although I do have my moments). And most of the time, if you take a deep breath, maybe say a quick prayer to the Almighty for patience, and ask me to explain differently what I'm trying to say, more than likely, you'll find what I'm thinking is nowhere near as bad as what you think.
