@macdaddy:

If that's the case apparently he also had zero respect for G W Bush.

That's a matter of perspective. I think it's safe to say President Obama is respected more globally than President Bush. No point in going tit for tat why that is. In regards to respect level here, what you fail to realize sometimes is Texas is not necessarily indicative of the rest of the country. Thus Obama was re-elected to a second term.

Somewhere on a message board like this he is receiving much support, while those in disagreement are in the minority.

That is hilarious..... Record disapproval numbers prove otherwise ....
38% at last count......
When you say stuff like that, you really look foolish....
It's ok to say you are on the minority on him....

The last number I heard was like 40% of his supporters said they would not have voted for him today

Back to the OP - I wonder if Sarah could identify Russia and the Ukraine on one of those round bally map thingies without some help.

Not sure what I think about the Russian occupation; other than they may be preventing a full scale civil war. I wonder how many people here really care much about the goings on in that part of the world. Russia has a huge vested interest in their neighboring country - so - I can't believe anyone in the US would care to see one America life lost over this mess.

Not worth getting excited about in my opinion; but I suppose it makes for some good tv drama; I think it was time for a new "scandal".

But Bush looked into Putins eyes and saw a decent man...For whatever it is worth...They both have failed with regards to Russia.

@macdaddy:

MD polls can be quite skewed. For example, there are some people when encountered just flat out refuse to offer an opinion. So basically it depends on who responded. If you take a poll here on ADC the results would be obvious. Therefore any statistician will tell you polls can be notoriously unreliable. Which is why to counter that you see major news organizations take exit polling to get a greater level of accuracy. In many cases that data contradicts what was previously believed.
