*UPDATE*
Rotary's Generation Park Block Party for May 2nd has been postponed due
to the Coronavirus directives from Harris County and the City of
Houston. The Rotary Club of Humble has several possible future dates, but are waiting until
we see the light at the end of the tunnel before choosing which.
However, the charity fundraising raffle to win a mint condition
2016 Corvette Stingray coupe or one of ten $250 VISA gift cards is
still ongoing. They will draw the winning numbers on May 2nd as planned.
Tickets are available for purchase
online. The Rotary Club of Humble is a 501c3 charity.
Rotary provides thousands of dollars annually for
local student scholarships, leadership and exchange student programs,
non-profit community organizations including Rotary ROSE Group, Family
Time Crisis, Mission Northeast, H.A.A.M., Family Promise of Lake
Houston, Including Kids, Lake Houston Family YMCA, Village Learning,
Society of St. Stephen, re:MIND, Oaks of Righteousness (partial list)
and Rotary International public service projects.
Money is raised through the sale of sponsorships and booth
space to businesses and the sale of $100 raffle tickets to win a 2016
Corvette Stingray coupe sponsored by Robbins Chevrolet in Humble and one
of ten $250 VISA gift cards.
The Corvette is in mint condition, has less than 3,000 miles,
is a beautiful Rotary blue and is valued at $45,000. If you would like
to purchase tickets and support the greater Lake Houston community, ask
any Humble Rotarian, purchase them at www.HumbleRotaryRaffle.com (your

while supplies last. The cost is $100 per ticket. Less than 1,100 tickets will be sold. Winners
do not need to be present to win. Some restrictions apply (must be 18+,
etc., see website for details).
