Yummy BBQ-We recently discovered Gilbert & Co.
When my husband and I went to try them out, we told them it was our first time, and they gave us some generous samples while we were waiting. The food is really good, and the family that owns it is super nice. They're open Wednesday through Sunday and have soul food on Sundays.
If you're looking for a new place to try, give them a shot. 🙂

@TexanFan1 : They were the ones in that red trailer on 1960/Kings Park in front of Trails. We tried once, was good...then they seemed to only open when they felt like it, so we gave up.

They moved west down the street by Taco Flores, I think. Very nice people. Not sure, but I think still a food truck.

It's a black food truck next to taco Flores. They do have a covered area with picnic tables. It sounded like they will be building something in the near future.
