Did y'all have a lot of Trick or Treaters?

We did not. The blocks with parties had tons of kids. Our little block is very quiet and not many houses had porch lights on. I have lots of candy left over.

Maybe about 30 kids. They got very big handfuls of candy 😂

No treaters last night. So I have 3 bags of candy . So If you would like some let me know,

We started with many bags of candy and had a lot left by 7:45pm. Then suddenly it was like the floodgates opened and trick-or-treaters were EVERYWHERE. They we being dropped off and picked up by the vanload! Seriously! We ended the evening with a handful of lollipops!

We didn't have as many trick or treaters as we had last year, but still had quite a few. There was a light rain/mist here in Oklahoma so think that kept some from getting out plus being Saturday night and OU and OSU games were on.TV. Have more candy than DH and I need left over as I bought more this year because we ran out last year……

KathyMarshall : Wasn't that wild? We thought we'd have so much leftover! I think we started with 300+pcs, by 7:45, OUT and had to start pilfering for lunch sized Hot Cheetos, organic fruit snacks (keep them here for The Trips jic), and mini pretzel bags. When someone suggested all the new ind. toothbrushes (because kids love that), I put the squash on the whole thing, collected our little light up ghosts and giant furry spiders, and turned the lights off. Nah, I'm not going down as the "Toothbrush Lady!" One sweet little tween walking with her parents and 4 very young sibs whispered, "Do you have a bottle of water I could buy please?" She got all the water! Biggest turnout since pre-Covid!

brightlights: You must have gotten the packed vans first, then they ended up on our street! So glad you could help the thirsty group. It was a warm one last night and many had costumes that were heavy or multiple layers so lots of folks were sweating and peeling off masks, etc. early!

I got Zero trick or treaters . I never get any . But that's ok

Happy Halloween! I made 1,200 individual bags of candy for the kids and every single one was gone! I had to go to my reserves of loose candy to finish out the night! Our street is busy so this is about normal. It's always nice to see families enjoying the holiday!

Our hood does ToT the Saturday before... So actual ToT is always quite for us... Well, except for all the football watch parties.
