This woman had dementia. The police were called and they took her to jail instead of a hospital. It looks like they released her at 4 AM. Here's more info

where she was found was unrelated to Deussen Park. It is the construction area for a new industrial park @ 0.25 miles west of Deussen park. Most likely she was transported by someone familiar with the construction area with access.
