I do laundry every Saturday morning. One load is usually good for my clothes since I only use "dry fit" type clothes. If I have cotton t-shirts, then that's a second load. I wash the bed sheets every two weeks, so that is a third load. My jeans are washed and dried by hand evert 100 uses.

When I'm off riding, I wash my clothes every 3 days as I don't bring a lot of clothes on those trips. If I end up in a very cheap place, like Moriarty, NM, I use the sink method to wash my riding clothes.

When I was in Sweden, I continued to do the laundry Saturday mornings. My girlfriend now does the same thing...

MooMaw :
The funny thing is that they all seem so trained to be so sympathetic. They all say, "I understand, I am a consumer, too and I would be upset, also." Then they say, "Someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours". They obviously have many problems because they are trained to handle them.

I am so livid! Whirlpool just called me and said their trailer broke down and they won't be able to make my delivery today. WTF! I lost it. I made another call and was crying and yelling to the Rep. This is ridiculous. I am going to see my son in California on Friday and need my washer. The Rep told me that it wasn't important and that we should be glad we woke up. ??‍♀️ They keep saying, give us 24 to 48 hours to call you back. I am trying to calm down before I call Lowe's, where I bought it. I tried before and they didn't help because they say the warranty is with Whirlpool.
Do not purchase Whirlpool, people!!!

Daiquiri: So sorry you're going through this mess. Spending your life on Hold in addition to the inconvenience of a broken major appliance is so frustrating.

I guess since Whirlpool doesn't sell quality washers, that same quality issue philosophy carries over to their delivery vehicles as well. *SMH*

I agree with you on Lowes sucking; I had to by a new stove and found what I wanted at Lowes they came and installed it and got to talking to me about a program they had going for the delivery drivers, whoever got the most 5-star reviews in a month would win a new Traeger grill, the stove is unlevel I cannot even cook eggs all the oil runs to one side of the skillet. I called and they told me that was my fault because I should have Inspected it better, and I would have but they distracted me and got me talking about their big contest, called cooperate and they basically said tough ****.

Well, I finally got my washer last Wednesday so I was able to do some laundry for my trip to Santa Monica. I am here now. It is beautiful!
The bad thing is whirlpool sent me a white replacement, when I have a black set. Total eff-ups! 6 weeks to get the wrong color!
There is no telling when they will replace it. I don't care as long as I can do my laundry.
