Went to vote early @ Kingwood Community Center earlier and was in & out quickly. Go early vote., I'm glad I did. Afterwards, my Mom & I checked out the Ollies store in Atascocita and they had a lot of candy available but @ normal prices. I saw a few things I wanted but nothing in particular. It kind of reminded me of a Big Lots but really wasn't sure going in what they sold, etc.
Kemibe : It does look like Big Lots. I havent been to Big Lots lately but hit Ollie's the other day.
Reese : Have you tried the $1.25 store on Will Clayton, near the small Walmart? It's smaller than the 99¢ store...

I was going to try to go today, but I had to go to a funeral. Dh voted Friday which was the first day for us. He said that there was a super long line. I told him that it was probably because it was the first day and on a Friday. I have to work tomorrow, and we are heading out to Arkansas on Wednesday morning. I'll have to get it done sometime next week. This early voting sure helps disperse the long lines.

Catmae : Yeah. That's my thought, too. But, OTOH, I recall an election a few years ago where the actual election day lines were short because everyone had already voted. « Back to Chat
