When it lists the quotes, does it list the students name?

@SteelerNation Quotes are directly below the student's senior picture!Now they do have quotes on others pages with the students pictures also. They are not just below Senior portraits.

@CE3673 Why stir the pot? Although I usually respond to issues regarding Summer Creek, I don't understand parents getting involved. This book was created by the students for the students. I would doubt that the students are upset

The parents are paying for the books they do have a right to an opinion. How many of the kids actually paid for their own yearbook I doubt many students did...

@Bluebonnet I thought the issue was the content and not who paid for the book.

@Franklin4 Because MOST of these students are MINORS.... And the younger ones are seeing these things as well. Because MOST of the kids do not pay for their yearbooks, their school clothes, the homes over their heads, their food.... need we go on?because they are children.

They really can't pray at school?

@redneck roy Kind of was wondering that too. I'm pretty sure most of the middle schools here have Christian student councils and other religious clubs that I would assume have prayer time. Would be very surprised to find out the high schools don't also have them.

I'm curious if the other high schools in Humble had these yearbook sections as well?

students are allowed to pray (protected by the first amendment), however there can be no participation by the school be it in religious learning or instruction or school sanctioned praying. That, is unconstitutional.

@SteelerNation I think this is very rude and it is really none of your business. It is 2017, not 1950. This is our kids generation and it is something they feel should strongly be discussed.
