I'm an Atascocita student myself. I did not read every single comment on this thread because I was disgusted by the negativity and hatred being projected from adults on high school students. In spite of all of your rude and closed minded comments that stemmed from our senior quote section and others, the yearbook did have errors and had room for improvement, but it was the most inclusive yearbook we've had. The yearbook staff worked their **** off to provide it for us as they do every year. I'd like to remind you all since it seems like you've been out of school for some time that the yearbook class is an elective. So on top of being on yearbook stuff, those students have five to six other classes and their work should not be discredited because of the words other students chose to use.

Also as a straight student, I don't believe a heterosexual appreciation/ pride page was necessary for the yearbook because we are not a marginalized group. Heterosexuality is the norm. The LGBTQ page could have possibly saved someone who felt alone in this cold world's life and you all could have possibly reversed that affect by your nasty comments.

@CE3673 Why don't you go parent your own children instead of worrying about someone else's. Mind your own business and deal with your own problems at your own home. Do not go after other people whom you have no idea of. Focus on your children instead of others

Seriously...please provide allll the nasty comments you all are talking about......99.9 % of all comments simply said they thought some quotes were inappropriate...very very very few made any mention of anything about any lgbt issues...1 person was trying to make sure someone wasnt trying to commit suicide...ya'll have done nothing but twist words around, screaming freedom of speech, yet calling those you disagree with all kinds of names and insults...

@lynnsgirl Wow. Y'all are all Middle Aged women sitting around and talking bad about teenagers and young adults. Your children should be embarrassed of all of y'all!! We live in a new generation and have different ideas then y'all and are way more accepting of people than your generation. So why don't y'all start acting like adults and quit insulting the students who worked hard on the yearbook!! P.s. Most senior quote are a joke and are from songs so y'all can just calm down because I'm positive your children know that.
