@Luckysis I don't know if they're offended or not but the kids I've talked to are just as amazed as us that the quotes actually made it into the yearbook.Last week there were prom shirts that said PromHub that was designed to look like the PornHub logo. The kids couldn't believe that was approved either.

If I'm a snowflake for not wanting lewd comments about women in a yearbook that is designed on school property where there is a code of conduct to abide by well I might be the icicle of snowflakes.

This is not even about senior quotes anymore. Us students are shocked that many of you parents are so close minded. Now I can understand where your children get it from.

@lynnsgirl Not correct. You posted a minor's picture without permission. For the yearbook, she submitted her photo knowingly. IMO, you went too far. Legally, she could pursue.

@LanieIf your child wrote a quote under their picture that stated...." I'm just trying to die." would you not want to help this child? If I am the parent of this child and had no knowledge this was under their picture I sure in he#$ would want someone to say something!!!!! If this was your best friend you would do nothing? One of my children has already lost a friend to suicide and I would not wish this on any other family!

@MOMOFAHS Tell me you are helping the child that wrote and I will quote yet again............"I'm just trying to die." If parents do not step in you may have just lost a friend! But of course you are young, you more than likely could care less of someone else! Parents care about all!

That milk comment was politically incorrect, but I thought being politically correct was a bad thing according to adults in the last election,and that whole snowflake thing.

That is YOUR OPINION & WE ALL HAVE ONE !!!! We are raised by different parents , with different environments & you can't change that just like I can't I for one in my opinion do not consider being gay a social issue . I'm not going to get together with my friends & have a discussion about Gays . What your sexuality is , is none of my business . I don't speak to my friends or neighbors about my sexuality or theirs , so not a social issue for me . That's a private /personal issue & for ME a Biblical issue . God doesn't need my help on judgement day so I don't judge your choice or anyone's choice . You said we think problems are solved just by ignoring them . Ha , shame on y'll.
