RajunCajun : Mayor Whitmire put us on a "set usage program" over the summer. If you used less that the "set" number ..you paid the lesser amount. If you went over..you didn't have to pay . Lucky for me since I had to drain and refill my pool. REALLY lucked out there. I just hate though that they round up to the next 1000 gallons so if you used 550 gallons, you get to pay 1000. Why can't they measure the precise amount?! Rrrrrr. This is my hot button topic.
