I try to look at these videos and see what is happening not just the 15 or 30 second clip.

12th shot? Sounds like he went off half-cocked. It's a good thing this story did not have a more tragic ending like a jogger or neighbor getting shot. Hope the kid does not want to be a Police Officer when he grows up.
