Valero gas station...you know the one!

I drive by there twice daily. The store looks closed; however, I still see cars pull up to gas pumps and get gas.

I'm just puzzled. Are they open or closed? I will never use the store ever.

Usually when I drive by it's open, people pumping gas, bars over door moved. On occasion, at weird times of day, I'll see the gates closed.
