Tips for Keeping Pets Safe From Fireworks This July 4th
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office remind everyone: never use fireworks around pets! Loud noises and bright flashes can cause fear, anxiety, or even lead pets to run away. Please follow these safety tips to protect your furry family members this 4th of July.

This is a PSA from rescues be sure your pets have been chipped . You will get them returned to you quicker. Put your phone number on their collar with permanent marker. Easy to call you if they're lost. Don't have a collar on them then write your phone number in permanent marker on their belly. It will come off eventually. Keep them safe don't let them out in the backyard by themselves because if they hear it, they may try to run or dig out. And if you open your doors, make sure you know where where your pets are before doing that. ❤️❤️
