This is beyond ridiculous. Mr Miller has done so much to find others and he can't get closure on his own daughter's case. LC and GC officials should do whatever it takes to make this right.

He's already had to exhume his daughter once before and they fault him for hiring an attorney to deal with this crap? Unbelievable! This man does so much for other families. What a slap in the face!

Omg. And to blame home for hiring an attorney the first time, and say that caused them not to work with him!! ?
And to think a " County " can't be he's liable for the work of one of its employees is laughable.
I met Tim a few times when I lived in Alvin and Friendswood as he was a regular where I worked. This is just horrible.
