We're going to build a program filled with players who have a special work ethic and relentless mindset. I understand the responsibility I have to this organization and to the fans of Houston to build winner and I can't wait to get to work."

Demeco is an excellent Defensive Coordinator....But that doesn't necessarily translate into a good Head Coach....Just like Wade Phillips who excelled as a Defensive Coordinator but flopped in his Head Coaching jobs and returned to Defensive Coordinator to win a Super Bowl....But, there's only one way to tell and that's to put him in that position....My issue is....Will the GM be "handicapping" him with a cheesy offensive coordinator running a weak scheme coupled with a similar quality Quarter Back?....If the GM doesn't give him "sharp tools" he won't be able to build much here, just like the others....
