CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR SENDING HIS LANDLORD INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES On January 21, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 21600 block of Mossey Pines Court in reference to a disturbance. The complainant advised her tenant was sending inappropriate text messages to her. The texts were provided to deputies. The suspect was detained and identified as Thomas Brown. "Thomas Brown was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassing Communication. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 12." - Constable Mark Herman

Cbear : Well, they only arrested one of them the other was released. So one's been charged for murder. I don't think he's going be smiling for too long.

Cbear : the $100 bonds are misdemeanors. Always been at least that low. In fact, it's a miracle he had one. It's just reported more now. Hate the law, not the bond.
