Suspect Arrested During Burglary in Progress in AtascocitaOn January 2, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office, Precinct 4 responded to a report of a possible burglary in the 4000 block of Soaring Elm Street.When deputies arrived, they found Isaiah Farr inside the complainant’s garage actively taking property. He was taken into custody at the scene without incident.Farr was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation. His bond was set at $25,000 through the 248th District Court.
