Sunday night dinner

Continuing the seafood theme, doing a salmon steak with a vegetable rice medley....

Leftover Brooklyn pizza and wings.

@Weathergirl5: We were going to have shrimp scampi tonight but suddenly got a craving for breakfast for dinner! So we're having over easy eggs with a burger patty and fresh shredded hash browns! Tomorrow will be scampi!

Finished product and it was so good!

Warm 3-cheese tortellini (isn't the red pretty? From carmine!) with mozzarella pearls, sundried tomatoes, shaved parm, with a lemon-basil vinaigrette & balsamic glaze. Nom!

I was going to cook chicken parm. I even had the chicken thawed. Ended up putting back in the fridge (I thaw in bowl of water) We met up with friends and stayed at the pool for longer than intended. Had a great time, but I was starving and in no mood to cook when we got back so we had frozen pizza.
