Sub contractor reference? My son is a PM for a construction co in Dallas. They have a few jobs coming up in Houston at MD Anderson and they are scrambling for subs. Anyone have any contacts? They would need to have a crew of at least 10 employees. Plumbing, concrete and electrical. TIA
@Lace : Greys Mechanical . They work on some of the biggest hospitals in Houston. They are HVAC company. ( plumbing , a/c etc ) large company. When my husband was a general contractor, he would use them often.
