Joe : Sounds good to me. I saw something about that last night on another website that listed various charitable agencies for flood relief. I bet this will be a good one. Stuff like this can help so much. I remember 2016 floods here. The Salvation Army gave out food, clothes, cleaning supplies, and WalMart gift cards. I think the cards were for around $125. That's not a king's ransom but is huge for those who have lost everything. At least it is a start.

West-Tex : OK, after looking into this, I'd suggest: Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country 241 Earl Garrett Street, Kerrville TX 78028 www.communityfoundat ion.net/ They have been in existence for over 20 years and have an excellent 98% rating from CharityNavigator ( www.charitynavigator .org/ein/742225369 ). They have also set up a special ""Kerr County Flood Relief Fund"" with the following info: "The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund supports relief and rebuilding efforts after the flood of July 4, 2025. Your generosity helps our neighbors recover. The Community Foundation - a 501(c)(3) public charity serving the Texas Hill Country - will direct funds to vetted organizations providing rescue, relief, and recovery efforts as well as flood assistance. The Fund will support the communities of Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort."
