Anyone but Red Cross. Red Cross was terrible during the 2016 floods that were here. Salvation Army is good. Maybe just the hold the check for a few days until someone in the area posts charities that are accepting donations. It seems like there is usually a list of charities that gets published by the local area's media. The needs, unfortunately, will be great for many months so it might be even better to wait a few days. Sadly, the need won't go away anytime soon. This thing rips my heart out--especially for it to happen over the 4th of July.
