I'm just saying. They used to be soooooo busy. Now I don't knows how they stay open. Horrible horrible service.

I personally don't wish to spend $5+ on a cup of ice that has colored sugar syrup poured over it. Crazy.

I've never been. Maybe things will pick up when it gets warmer.

I've never been but I do have one of those ice shaver machines. It was $45 on ebay and can turn a bowl of ice into snow in about five seconds.

@Sammee : is it sugar or corn syrup?

@BusyMommy : I didn't ask. Both are gross in that quantity.

I frequently visit this establishment once in awhile and customer service was fine to me. I have no complaints.

My daughter does not like this place even when she does her course at Mathnesium next door.

@Lace : I think you are seeing what you want to see, it was pretty cold at that point, just a couple of weeks ago on a warmer day, we went by and the line was almost to the road. This is akin to the "it's snowing so climate change isn't real" school of thought.

@GBinHOU : Don't be so condescending. We quit going because the service was not only bad, but the employees attitudes were rude.

@Davie18 : That may be true for you, it may be true for the OP but clearly many haven't and acting like no-one is going there now because of the bad service because it was quiet on one cold evening doesn't make it so.Additionally if I wanted shaved ice I wouldn't go to the shacks that are dotted around because the syrups are generally lower quality so even if the service was crappy if I needed a shaved ice fix and the end result was acceptable I would still use them. Personally my biggest complaint about them has always been the speed, how long does it take to shave some ice? But the few times I go there I know what I am getting into so I deal.

Ive been wanting to see what all the fuss is about. Ive only purchased cases of their "snow balls" . My daughter had a winter wonderland bday party so we bought cases of em for a snowball fight. I think the adults had more fun lol
But I need to try their snow cones this summer....with a coupon.
