Humble Shopping Center Purchased

HUMBLE (Houston Chronicle) – Atascocita Shopping Plaza has been purchased by a private investor.

The 158,613-sf shopping center is on 16.7 acres at 6900-7072 FM 1960. It is 94.7 percent occupied. Tenants include Aldi, Dollar Tree, Specs and Goodwill Industries.

HFF arranged the deal for the seller, Red Tail Acquisitions

Good.. maybe they'll do something with that death trap of a parking lot. Never seen such maneuvers to avoid a speed bump like I've seen in front of goodwill and aldi!

their are not tearing anything down we are getting to 2 new local business in the center in the old coffee been emporium space we are getting a fire house subs and a dominions pizza

I saw this the other day and sort of wondered why it was news worthy. Seems like it's just a change in ownership and won't affect any of the current tenants.
