Yes I get it she is free to ***** about it BUT WHY WOULD SHE ???? Why not just stay off . That to me would be the nice thing to do .I don't ***** about her post . I really don't care who starts what thread I just stay off if not interested .

Why ? Will it make a difference ? If so what difference ? I don't know guess I'm just way to live & let live .For me I wouldn't care if there were a total of 3 or 4 people on here. I don't think my life changes if there are 3 or 53 .If someone new comes on GREAT if someone gets **** & leaves GREAT .

The credibility is in the minutes , the meetings and the esplanades and common areas. Not in I think this is the same person but I really don't know.Is the maintenance horrible or not?Did the ACIA BOT just have a 2 minute meeting or not?Does the ACIA have "workshops" or not?Did the ACIA BOT conceal from the members that they went to MUD 132 for money or not?Did MUD 132 "donate" money to the ACIA or not? Did JW say this is free money or not?Did the ACIA BOT just vote to change the governing documents of the association with no homeowner input or not?None of this lacks credibility,it speaks for itself.
Here is speculation I expect more of the same from ACIA BOT.
Once it Happens then it is no longer speculation

lynnsgirl what is so exhausting ??? The talks about ACIA ??? No one tells you what ever you choose to speak of is exhausting . I have said many times your sick of it ? You don't like it ? not interested ? STAY OFF THAT THREAD !!!! No one is holding a gun to your head to read this stuff & then have to listen to you say how exhausted you are .
