@West-Tex : This totally freaks me out. I think the tenants were lying that they "lost" their snake. They probably got tired of it and didn't want it anymore and just flushed it. I've heard of it happening. Either way, OMG.
Thanks now I already look out being outside and now they can come from the toilet. I think I will stop drinking anything after 3 pm. I am always watching at the beach house because they are there for sure. I hear something in the attic and usually I would go find what it is and scare it out but now I dread looking.
