Rice question ?

I cooked white rice and accidentally left it out on counter last night it was covered all night.

Would you use it or not?

@lynnsgirl :I use to cook it in an electric rice cooker & leave it on the counter covered till the next night when I added a little water & reheated it . For about the last 15 yrs I use a microwave rice cooker & leave it sitting out with the cover on & then add a little water & re-heat in the microwave . Never got sick never killed anyone with day old rice left out of the frig .

where I'm from some folks in the country don't even have electricity, so no refrigeration, no microwaves... you cook the rice and it's good for days. and you never throw away rice, or any other food... believe me.

you folks know nothing! :-(

Our entire thanksgiving meal sat out on the counter for six or seven hours yesterday. Leftovers for dinner didn't kill any of us.
