I retired 7 years ago due to extenuating circumstances. It wasn't planned. At first it felt like I didn't have a purpose. My job was with Memorial Hermann and I prided myself with helping the sick and their families every day. It took awhile, but I finally rejoice at waking up when I want to and not having to be at work. I retired also, to pack up my parent's house. It took longer than I wanted but I am happy now. I wish you happiness in your retirement. You will love it!
