@DaycareMom That would be awesome!! DS has it in Katy. They were out upgrading his internet yesterday. He ended up switching his and his wife's cell phone coverage from Verizon to AT&T, and they gave him a free IPhone 8S+... He was excited as his IPhone was an SE (one step up from my current 5S).

Is anybody still having trouble understanding how great it is not to have net neutrality? Pretty soon accessing any websites or services that aren't affiliated with your internet provider it's going to cost you more. Xfinity doesn't own Netflix so they can come up with schemes to make you pay more to access what should be freely accessible on the internet. CNN is a Time Warner company. Just wait until Xfinity decides to charge you a nickel every time you go to cnn.com for foxnews.com or anything other than nbcnews.com because NBC is Comcast.

The only thing I would do is kill innovation just like the Government has done with any other item that has been deemed a utility.

@BuckWild : remember 5G is going to give us all cancer, so we won't have to worry about it much longer. 😉

Just watch out for additions to your bill. If they say they are going to give you free months of anything, make sure you CANCEL when the free months are up. They wont and will charge you full price until you tell them to stop! I dont know how much we wasted with comcast on cable.

So just to update, I finally had time to call Comcast yesterday and every representative was most helpful. They removed Netflix charges and worked some magic to lower my bill over $50 bucks with a locked in rate for 2 years. So comcast and I are friends again!!This is the first time EVER the customer loyalty department came through for me. Customer loyalty dept at DirecTV was a joke!!

Comcast is one of the most hated companies in America... I put them right there next to Nike and now Gillette.

@DaycareMom : Customer Loyalty Dept. usually works for me. It seems that no one else can fix my bill except them. Even going to the store in Humble did not work. Crazy!
