@vjeffero : Honey Baked Ham. Because it's more expensive. 🤣🤣🤣 J/K. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between the "specialty" hams or the ones at HEB or Kroger. I mean, it's ham.

I used to get a Honey Baked every year as we've never been big turkey people, for both X-mas and TG, standing in line 30 minutes minimum to over an hour, but my company writes the ins for Praseks (the big smokehouse off 59 in El Campo everybody goes to on the way to Corpus, S. Padre ect) and we order from them, but it's so simple (shows up at your house) and so much better, people compliment all the time over Honey Baked, I'll never go back.
You can order online and they ship it.

Whichever one is on the free gift certificate from work! I really don't have a preference. Ham is ham is ham is ham. They both taste the same to me.

Honey Baked for sure. We go there all the time. They have some great package deals.
Eggs have no place in ham salad and Honey Bee has alot of egg in theirs.

@cador : There's also one off I-10 frontage Rd in Sealy. We stop there all the time... Best sausage ever says DH who is the resident expert on all things sausage!! Never tried the ham, but that could definitely happen!!

Praseks is soooooooooooo good, but I do not head down that way as often. I will have to do online sometime this holiday season!

@brightlights : I agree and this year we will be ham free. DH wants it every year but we end up throwing it away or I grind it up for the dog. They will get turkey and like it!

Not a huge fan of either. My favorite is the old-school ham Mama bakes in the oven. It doesn't have all the fancy glaze and spiral-slicing... just plain ham. DH is a fan of Honey-Baked.
