Postal inspectors flew in from New York and Los Angeles to stake out a blue collection box at a Houston post office - and what they caught on camera led to two arrests, 80 pieces of stolen mail and nine master postal keys.

I work with a retired postal carrier and when asked about this he said those keys have to be signed out at the beginning of your shift and signed back in at the end. For these perps to have the keys says there something wonky going on at one of the post offices. Hopefully the inspectors will squeeze them to get to the bottom of this.
