Pinewood trails

Having experience in the new homes industry, I am surprised at the number of units started before opening a sales office on site.
Did you notice several of these units will have a very very small backyard.

tflea: Great question! I recall back in the Philly area, when a huge new development was starting, the first thing built besides the streets was the Sample Home with ALL of the many, pricey, gorgeous amenities options built into it. That became the sales office for that developer who was the only builder for all the houses to be put in there.

Most new homes now seem to have small yards...especially back yards

More traffic, more congestion 🤬 hopefully there will be a well managed HOA and populated by homeowners that take pride in their homes appearance and respect the area.
