One seriously injured after crashing into power lines in Atascocita

ATASCOCITA, TX - A driver was seriously injured after a vehicle crashed into power lines in Atascocita early Saturday morning.

The crash occurred around 2:45 a.m. near the intersection of Timber Forest Drive and Pinnacle Heights. According to the Atascocita Fire Department, one person was transported with serious injuries.

According to CenterPoint, 5,000 customers were left without power, but power has since been restored to the vast majority of those customers.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office is leading the investigation.

At 2.45 in the morning, lots of Xmas parties going on it would be my guess there was probably adult beverages involved, that is going to be expensive hope he or she has good insurance.
