Deputies Investigate Credit Card Abuse at Atascocita Lifetime FitnessOn March 4, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to two reports of credit card abuse at Lifetime Fitness in the 13600 block of Will Clayton Pkwy.During the incidents, cash and credit cards were stolen from gym lockers. The stolen credit cards were later used at a local Walmart. Deputies have obtained surveillance video from both Walmart and Target showing the suspects involved in the fraudulent transactions.These suspects are currently wanted in connection with this case. One suspect has been identified, but deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying the second suspect (see image).Anyone who recognizes this individual or has information related to this case is asked to contact dispatch and reference case numbers 2603-00545 and 2603-00544.
