Driver Arrested in Atascocita for False Identity and Stolen DocumentsOn September 26, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office pulled over a driver near the 17700 block of W Lake Houston Parkway. The driver, identified as Samantha Farquhar, was linked to a recent burglary case in Montgomery County. Deputies say she tried to use someone else’s driver’s license and gave false information during the stop.A search also turned up multiple identifying documents belonging to other people. Farquhar was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Identify – Providing False Information. Additional charges are still pending as the investigation continues.
